Q.  Are all of your products authentic .925 sterling silver?

A.  YES - every product on our site is 92.5% sterling silver (the industry standard).  Every piece is handcrafted of the HIGHEST quality - period.


Q.  Why are your prices so low compared to other jewelry sites?

A.  The truth is, we're able to manufacture our products for a fraction of the cost of the big name designers.  Although our products do not carry a specific designer "label", each and every piece is of the HIGHEST designer quality.


Q.  How much is shipping?

A.  Shipping is FREE anywhere in the World!


Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. Yes we do - and shipping is FREE!


Q.  How do I check my order status?
A. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notifcation with a tracking number. You can use that number on www.USPS.gov to track the status of your order.


Q.  When will I receive my order?
A. Most orders are shipped the same day you place your order via USPS First Class mail or Priority Mail.  It typically takes 3-5 business days before your order will arrive.  If your order is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail in most cases, othercase you can login by clicking here to check your order status online (to see if all or part of your order is backordered). In some rare cases, due to Groupon or other daily deal promotions it can take up to 7 business days to receive your order, so please be patient before contacting us.


Q.  Who will appear on my credit card statement when I order?

A.  When you place an order, a charge from "Designer Silvers" will appear on your credit card statement.


Q.  Can you price a special or customer order (such as a bulk/wholesale order)?

A.  Yes - Please contact us for special orders and wholesale discounts.
